The capacity at River Chase for weddings and special events is 120 guests.

For single-day weddings and events, the cost is $5,500 with venue access from 9am-10pm. Full weekend access for weddings or events is $6,500. Venue access for the full weekend is Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-10pm, and Sunday 8am-11pm. For other special events or photo sessions, please contact us for pricing.

We allow booking up to one (1) year in advance.

No problem! We can move the ceremony inside. Our barn and rathskeller are both indoors

We offer four (4) gas space heaters and two (2) standard fans included in the rental fee. However, you may want additional heaters/fans for desired comfort.

Nope - we’ve got you covered! We have 18 5ft round tables, 5 6ft rectangular tables, 14 barrel-top cocktail tables, 31 stools, and 150 fruitwood folding chairs. You’ll want to rent/bring table linens though.

Yes, a day-of coordinator is required if you do not have a wedding planner.

You can host your rehearsal dinner onsite as long as you’ve booked the weekend package and you are off the premises by 6:00pm.

Yes! River Chase is a handicap accessible venue.

There are on-site handicap bathrooms for men and women located adjacent to the barn.

Yes, we have parking on-site for 75 vehicles.

Yes! We have a bridal cottage on the property for the bride and bridesmaids to put their dresses on before the ceremony. The groom and groomsmen are welcome to hang out in the rathskeller until it’s showtime.

Set up and break down (including clean-up) will be the responsibility of guests and their vendors.
